I went to see Joanna after foolishly using swim earplugs, whilst washing my hair!! I became nearly stone deaf for two days, and I was beside myself worried I had damaged my ears!! Joanna immediately put me at ease, telling me she would restore my hearing within minutes, which she did very gently removing rather a large amount of wax from both ears. It was like a miracle. I was so relieved!

Joanna also explained a better way to protect my ears, and some other advice, very logical kind and helpful

If you’re anything like me, your ears get blocked every year, and the NHS advice of just using ear drops is pretty useless to you. Since the NHS won’t provide this routinely, this is all that you usually get.

Not only were they able to provide a same day appointment on a Saturday, which is absolutely amazing, but the procedure was quick, simple, and quite satisfying.

After examination and removal, I was presented with the evidence, which was absolutely horrifying but showed that there was no way on Earth that I could have solved that myself with just ear drops!

This is now my second time I’ve been to this clinic and on both occasions the results were equally as dramatic, and on both occasions she was professional and kind. I highly recommend their services!

I swear I can hear in ultrasonic now :)

Had a severly blocked right ear but have had issues with blockages for some time in both ears but was always apprehensive to have them cleared. Phoned Ear Clinic and got an appointment next day. Alison was so pleasant and professional and cleared both of my ears without any pain or discomfort and made me feel very comfortable throught the process which took only 10 minutes. So glad I had his done and I now have HD hearing :-). Will be getting regular 6 month check ups from now on. Thank you so much

Highly recommend this clinic and the nurse here is so lovely. I have been coming here about once a year or once every couple of years when my ears get very blocked. Always a brilliant service ,fast and friendly. Easy to get an appointment within a few days and easy place to get to, car or no car. 5min Walking distance from Deansgate tram/train

Joanna is such a lovely soul!

I immediately felt at ease when she cleared the wax from both ears. Left ear will take some time before it’s 20/20 hearing but I’m glad she’s helped me.

The staff are incredible also.

It’s absolutely pain free, and definitely worth £65!.

Joanne went through some questions about why needed my ears syringed and then got to each ear being syringed. She even showed the evidence which was so gross, but good to see it was thorough.

It took less than 20 minutes and now my ears are clean, where I can hear so much better.

Will be going yearly for sure.

Arrived at a very clean and tidy clinic and literally no waiting time. Couldn't hear in my left ear, prior to this appointment. Jo fixed the problem in literally 10 minutes. Pain-free and instant relief treatment, great job and thank you very much!

If you're having problems with build-up in your ears, I highly recommend this clinic!

I had a blocked ear for over a week and my doctor told me to use drops for 2 weeks, after which they'd refer me to the hospital (takes another 2 weeks). I called up on a Monday morning to book in with Manchester Ear Clinic and was seen to the same day.

The service was outstanding - I arrived at 3pm and was seen to as soon as I arrived. The lady went through the whole procedure and asked for past conditions etc.

The procedure was painless, just imagine the sound of someone finishing a soft drink with a straw but louder.

The treatment took around 15 minutes and both ears were done. Felt great after and can't recommend it enough. Well worth the £60 I paid.
