What is Microsuction?
Manchester Ear Clinic is a service dedicated to the removal of problematic ear wax using aural micro suction. Treatment is provided by Registered General Nurse Joanna O'Brien. Joanna has extensive experience in performing micro suction and assessing ear problems. Having previously managed NHS clinics, Joanna has been providing treatment at Manchester Ear clinic since 2010.
The clinic offers aural micro suction for the safe and effective removal of ear wax. Binocular vision is used to accurately extract the wax using a gentle suction device. Lengthy NHS waiting times can be avoided and pre softening of the wax is not generally required. Clients may arrange an appointment directly with the clinic without a GP referral.
Having made the decision to have micro suction it is important to consider who will be performing your treatment. Micro suction is considered to be the 'gold standard' in wax removal reflecting the expertise and competency of the professional who performs the procedure. Clients attending the clinic can be confident that they are receiving treatment from an appropriately qualified, insured and experienced professional, registered with the CQC.
